We held the bonding session for a reason. For bonding reasons, obviously. And I have to say, that even if you did not mean to miss it, the number of people who were there.. it was.. as if it's just another bonding session for the old comm. We have put in our bit of effort to try and help (bonding) and this is it. That's the last thing we're doing to help you guys.

Some things doesn't have to be said out loud. I guess I can't expect you guys to give the same amount of enthusiasm or passion as us but.. could you really think hard about why you joined us (as a comm)?

For the fun of it?
For the CCA points?
Either way, is there a reason such as "I want to do more work other than school work"?

Then what are you making of the environment in the comm?
Why can't the people be those that you share your joy with?
Why can't you make those people the ones you will be comfortable with?
Why can't you guys just figure things out?
Why do you have to back down and say you want to quit so darn easily when the battle hasn't started?
Is that how it is? To run away from problems, to ignore, to pretend it isn't there, to not care?

I really don't know what else to say but I see those trying. I see the stubborn people. I see those working hard for the events. I see those "I just want to get my work done" people. I see those that wants to have fun but doesn't matter if it's with everyone.

I just want to say that a Committee is a group of leaders for a community. And leaders have to stand together and make decisions together, have fun together, respect, listen, and understand each other. We chose you cause we trust you. Don't make the "trust" become a past tense.

Please. Figure things out. Work with each other. Listen and understand. And we'll be here. :)
